La Jornada: Sheinbaum gave details of improvements in Teotihuacan

The rehabilitation of the archaeological zone of Teotihuacan allowed for expanded shaded spaces along the route and the signage was modified to give better attention to visitors, said president Claudia Sheinbaum. He highlighted that this intervention also allowed the reopening of the museum on that site, which had been closed for 20 years.

He stated that the rehabilitation, restoration and improvement work on archaeological sites continues. He recalled that during the government of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, archaeological areas in the Mexican southeast linked to the route of the Mayan Train were remodeled, with emphasis on visitor service centers; He stressed that his administration has followed up on these interventions.

In his morning conference, Sheinbaum announced that he will soon open the Museum of Textile Art in Mexico City.
