Puy du Fou Spain, nominated again in the ‘Best Park in Europe’ category at the World Travel Awards

Puy du Fou Spain has been nominated again for the World Travel Awards 2026 in the category of ‘Europe’s Leading Theme Park’ (Best Park in Europe), a recognition that rewards tourist destinations that stand out for their excellence, innovation and ability to excite the visitor.

After winning this award in the last edition, Puy du Fou Spain now aspires to revalidate a title that recognizes the excellence of the best theme parks on the continent.

In this edition it will compete alongside other European parks such as Disneyland Park (France), Phantasialand (Germany), The Land of Legends Theme Park (Turkey) and Tivoli Gardens (Denmark).

As reported by the park in a press release, the nomination represents new recognition of the unique model of Puy du Fou Spain, which since its opening has revolutionized the way of bringing history, culture and traditions to the general public through spectacular staging, careful choreographies, acclaimed soundtracks, historic towns and immersive experiences that excite visitors of all ages.

This recognition also coincides with a period of growth and consolidation of the park within the national and international tourist offer, thanks to a unique artistic and technological proposal.

The winners of the World Travel Awards are decided through an open vote in which both professionals from the tourism sector and travelers from around the world can participate.

For this reason, Puy du Fou Spain invites all people who have enjoyed the experience of the park to support its candidacy and contribute to Spain once again occupying first place among the best theme parks in Europe. Voting will remain open until August 14 and can be done through the official World Travel Awards website.
