In fact, in a statement they recalled that last December they suspended the mobilizations scheduled after the “commitments assumed” by Culturebut they explained that after several months the main demand, consisting of salary equalization with the artistic staff of the National Orchestra of Spain, has been finally discarded so they return to the call.

“As an alternative, the Administration has proposed the creation of a productivity supplement for this group. However, to date its economic amount has not been specified nor have any firm commitments on its approvalfinancing and implementation”, they added.

Likewise, they explained that there has not been “materialized” the commitment to “promote the improvement of the professional classification system of artistic personnel of both companies.”
