Expressen: 19-year-old Matias Siltas is wanted by Serie A’s Udinese

Finland one of football’s brightest future promises Matias Siltanen is the subject of intensifying transfer rumours.

Swedish The Express says that Udinese, who plays in the Italian Serie A, has joined the suitors of the midfielder who plays in Djurgården most recently.

According to Expressen, the clubs are negotiating the transfer, and according to the newspaper’s information, the transfer amount would be six million euros.

Udinese recently sold their midfielder Arthur Atton To Fiorentina, so Siltase, 19, could have a place known. In addition, Udinese’s strategy includes acquiring young players.

Previously in July, Expressen reported that the French Toulouse was on Siltanen’s hips, but the transfer ultimately fell through. Siltanen commented on his situation from the beginning of the week.

“The past week was mentally tough. Perhaps one of the toughest in my career as a football player,” said Siltanen for Swedish media.

“Nevertheless, the migration issues have grown me as a person.”

The transfer rumors around Matias Siltanen are going crazy.

Siltanen told Expressen that he already had a concrete offer that he wanted to take.

“Everything was already agreed upon. Then nothing came of the transfer. That’s why this is difficult. Rumors are rumors, but when you want to take a concrete offer, everything is more difficult.”

Siltanen has played 11 matches in Djurgården this season and scored one goal. He has not yet played for the men’s national team, but five goals have been scored in nine matches under the age of 21.
