Vietjet increased 82,000 flight seats to serve the September 2 peak

Additional flights are concentrated on routes connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi with economic and tourist centers and destinations chosen by many passengers such as Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Hue, and Da Lat.

In the international flight network, the airline continues to provide flights to many destinations in Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, Australia, India and Sri Lanka, thereby expanding choices for passengers on vacation.

According to the plan, Vietjet will operate more than 4,400 flights on the occasion of September 2, serving passengers traveling, traveling and visiting relatives during the holiday season. In anticipation of increased travel demand during the holidays, the airline has arranged additional aircraft, personnel and operating resources at the airport.

The airline also increased staff at the airport to assist passengers with check-in procedures. Passengers can check in online on the Vietjet Air app or via VNeID before the flight to reduce waiting time at the airport.

Vietjet currently operates a modern fleet of aircraft on domestic and international routes. The airline continuously opens new routes to China, Sri Lanka, Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic, expanding its presence in South Asia, Central Asia and Europe, contributing to promoting trade, investment and tourism connections between Vietnam and the world.

In the first half of this year, the company transported more than 6.2 million passengers on nearly 33,000 flights and more than 13.4 million passengers on 72,000 flights; Goods output reached nearly 41,000 tons in the first half of this year. The airline currently operates 213 routes, including 46 domestic routes and 167 international routes.
