A shakeup in the White House: Caroline Levitt leaves her position – Trump separates

At the same time as Trump’s announcement, Levitt confirmed the words on the X network: “Serving as White House spokesperson during the past year and a half has been the greatest honor and adventure of my life. I am grateful to President Trump for giving me so many extraordinary opportunities – to work in the West Wing and spend countless hours in the Oval Office, to fly around the world and meet foreign leaders, and to travel around our beautiful country and meet Americans from all walks of life.

“Above all, I thank the President for the trust he placed in me and for the unique privilege of speaking on his behalf from the White House briefing podium. I spoke with great pride about the many historic achievements of this administration, and I enjoyed holding the liberal media accountable and ensuring that the American people hear the truth about President Trump’s successes.

“Being a mother and welcoming a new baby into the world, while working one of the most demanding jobs in the world, has been the most rewarding time of my life – and also the most challenging, to say the least. The truth is that since I returned to the White House after the birth of my daughter, I felt deep in my heart that I could not be the best mother that my two young children deserve, and at the same time devote the time, energy and constant attention that the role of White House spokesperson requires. That is why I ultimately made the bittersweet decision To leave the White House and open a new chapter in my life.

“President Trump has asked me to continue serving as one of his top outside advisers, and I will always remain a vocal supporter of MAGA and the Republican Party.
