Ca Mau Fertilizer launches the “Golden Secret” campaign, combining technical instructions, nutritional solutions and practical models to help farmers improve productivity and farming efficiency.
Increasingly unpredictable weather makes farming more dependent on the ability to adjust techniques according to each stage of growth. In Tay Ninh, one of the important rice production areas of the southern region, Mr. Le Van Trang said prolonged heat can cause rice to grow slowly and have poor tillering, while continuous rains make the plants grow tall, weak and prone to falling. The more difficult problem lies in nutrition, when growers must balance the needs of the plant and the risk of over-fertilization. “If you fertilize more, you’re afraid of excess nitrogen. If you don’t fertilize, you’re worried about losing productivity,” Mr. Trang said.
At a coffee cultivation garden in Bao Lam 3 commune, Lam Dong province, farmer Nguyen Huy Dac, said that farming has many variables, from weather, fertilizer, plant varieties and other factors. In particular, reasonable fertilization is always one of the decisive factors in plant growth, productivity and quality. However, deciding how to fertilize correctly, at what time and choosing the right fertilizer for each plant is still difficult. He himself has tried many types of fertilizers but the plants still do not grow as expected. Sometimes the roots are tied and the buds cannot reach out.

These two cases show that growers not only need to choose the right product but also need to determine the time, dosage and care method corresponding to each type of plant, soil conditions and weather changes. Ca Mau Fertilizer builds “Golden Secrets” in the direction of combining nutritional consulting, technical guidance, product selection and monitoring results throughout the farming process.
When plants are provided with the right nutrients, fertilized at the right time and have appropriate solutions for each stage of growth, previous difficulties are gradually removed. Plants are stronger, have stable growth, improved productivity and quality, thereby helping farmers have good crops, aiming for sustainable results over many seasons.
With Mr. Trang’s rice field (Tay Ninh), the “secret” lies in closely monitoring the condition of the plants and the weather to adjust nutrition appropriately, fertilizing in a balanced and timely manner, instead of increasing the amount of fertilizer based on emotion. At the seedling and tillering stage, he used NPK Ca Mau Gold 20-15-8 (Golden Season 1) according to instructions, helping the rice tiller well, the plants become stronger, limit lodging and maintain a productivity base in adverse weather conditions.

Returning to Mr. Nguyen Huy Dac’s coffee garden (Lam Dong), the changes were clearly evident after he applied the “Golden Secrets” from Ca Mau Fertilizer. Instead of fertilizing based on experience as before, he focuses on taking care of the soil, nurturing the roots and fertilizing according to each growth stage, adhering to the 4 right principles. Using Ca Mau NPK applying Polyphosphate technology also helps the root system develop and absorb nutrients better in acidic soil conditions. Thanks to that, the situation of bound roots and slow growth of shoots is gradually improved, and the plants grow stronger and more uniformly.
In addition to sharing experiences, the “Golden Secret” is also verified through many practical demonstration models, with positive results in terms of growth, productivity and economic efficiency. Farming activities are simultaneously monitored and evaluated by a team of experts and technicians throughout the implementation process.
A typical example is the results from the 8-year-old Dona durian demonstration model in Krong Pac, Dak Lak. Model of using Ca Mau NPK combined with Om Camau organic fertilizer according to the instructions of “Golden Secret”. At the closing ceremony, MSc. Ho Cong Truc, Director of the Central Highlands Soil, Fertilizer and Environment Research Center, said the garden’s profit increased by more than 8%, costs decreased and productivity was higher than the control model. This result was recorded on a durian garden that already had relatively good productivity.

According to PVCFC representative, continuing the 7-year journey of accompanying farmers on diverse platforms, “Golden Secret” is receiving positive feedback from farmers. Each story, experience, model or solution shared is aimed at a common goal: helping people have more correct information and the right basis to make the right decisions in each season.
With the message “Believe it right – win the season”, the campaign aims to connect technical knowledge with real production conditions. Ca Mau Fertilizer hopes this approach can help farmers maintain efficiency after a favorable season, while gradually improving productivity, quality and adaptability to weather and market fluctuations.
