The Israeli government has approved the expansion of a program to rebuild neighborhoods damaged by rocket attacks during Operation People Like a Lion in June 2025.
By government decision, the program included two complexes of buildings on Yerushalayim Street in Bat Yam, the first of which includes 10 buildings with 155 apartments, and the second – 14 buildings with 269 apartments.
Future development in the announced neighborhoods will provide a mix of housing, commercial space and public facilities, with a focus on quality planning and compliance with resident protection requirements.
Projects will be promoted according to an accelerated procedure
