New policy on returns at Zalando

By shortening the period to return packages, the articles are available faster to other customers, it sounds at the German web store. Returning itself remains free.

From the moment the order has been delivered to you, you only have thirty days to send the package back if you don’t want to keep it. This applies to orders that you place from today, Monday 3 February 2025, at the fashion and lifestyle platform.

Zalando believes that the change will have little influence on the store behavior of customers. “We have noticed that more than 90 percent of our customers return products within 30 days,” a Zalando spokesperson said to the specialized Gondola Magazine.
