Supermarket GO! will be present at Vincom Plaza Dan Phuong expected in the third quarter of this year.
On May 15, Vincom Retail and Central Retail Vietnam just signed a strategic cooperation memorandum (MoU) to bring the GO! Present at Vincom shopping centers nationwide. The first destination of this cooperation model is Vincom Plaza Dan Phuong, a new commercial center project in the western area of Hanoi.
According to the content of the agreement, GO! will gradually expand at shopping centers of the Vincom Retail system nationwide. The choice of Vincom Plaza Dan Phuong reflects the development orientation of both businesses in potential new urban areas, where the need for a modern shopping – entertainment – consumption model is increasing.
“With its position as the leading supermarket system in Vietnam with experience in developing a modern food retail model and the ability to operate an effective supply chain, GO! confidently brings competitive, stable prices and practical values to consumers,” Mr. Olivier Langlet, General Director of Central Retail Vietnam Group, emphasized.
Mr. Olivier Langlet said that in this first stage, the most important goal is to work with Vincom Retail to build GO! Dan Phuong becomes a shopping destination suitable to the needs of the local community. According to him, a retail model implemented in the right direction will not only enhance the shopping experience for customers but also create an effective and sustainable operating platform for both parties.

Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien, General Director of Vincom Retail, shared that the unit always focuses on bringing convenience in shopping and continuously upgrading the experience for customers. “Cooperating with Central Retail to bring the GO! system into the Vincom shopping center system contributes to enriching the experience ecosystem, meeting the increasingly diverse needs of consumers,” she affirmed.
According to a representative of Vincom Retail, the strategy of developing the tenant ecosystem has always been identified by the business as one of the long-term focuses. For many years, Vincom Retail has not only accompanied domestic retail chains in the process of expanding their systems nationwide but also continuously upgraded the quality of operations and consumer experience at shopping centers.
In parallel with supporting Vietnamese brands to develop and expand their systems, Vincom Retail also expands cooperation with many international retail corporations to bring more new shopping models, services and experiences to customers. This is considered a suitable step in the context of Vietnam’s retail market entering a new growth phase with the trend of forming integrated shopping complexes, multi-experiences and increasingly high standards.
Vincom Plaza Dan Phuong is gradually completing its portfolio of large-scale tenants with the participation of many prominent brands in the retail, entertainment and service sectors. In addition to the GO! supermarket system, the project is expected to bring together the Galaxy Cinema theater complex with the new “Kite” concept, along with many fashion, culinary and entertainment brands such as Xtep, Lyn, Som Tum Thai, Dookki, Jollibee, Funny Kids or Fahasa… creating a diverse experience ecosystem for residents.

Vincom Plaza Dan Phuong is expected to open in the third quarter of this year with a scale of about 25,000 m2, in the Vinhomes Wonder City urban area. The project’s design was inspired by the image of Ba Giang flute kites – a typical cultural feature of Dan Phuong land. The architectural lines simulate a kite moving in the wind, combining modern style. The project is expected to become a new shopping and entertainment destination in the western area of Hanoi, while contributing to promoting consumption, developing services and creating more job opportunities for local people in the near future.
GO! – the main supermarket brand of Central Retail Vietnam developed according to a modern retail model, meeting the need for comprehensive shopping for families, with strengths in the fresh food industry, diverse supply and a large proportion of Vietnamese goods. The system also provides many groups of essential consumer goods at competitive prices, maintains a stable price strategy and large-scale promotional programs such as “Always unbeatable prices – Refund the difference when you see a cheaper price”, contributing to optimizing shopping costs for consumers.
