The largest projects on the list are the Mega Or company facility on the territory of the Alliance plant in Hadera with a capacity of 1,111 megawatts, the AI ​​Factory project in Kidmat Galil with a capacity of 875 megawatts; and a project called Nesher SDS, also with a capacity of 875 megawatts.

A significant part of the projects involves the use of retail space (BiG shopping centers, IKEA complexes, Rami Levy branches, etc.)

It should be noted that in the coming years the power grid will be able to accommodate facilities with a total capacity of no more than 2,000 megawatts. The Electricity Authority believes that most developers have submitted applications to “stake out space”, not intending to make the investment themselves, but hoping to subsequently resell the permit they receive.
