Apple unveils first foldable iPhone for ,000

Apple introduced its first foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo. The new product was shown at the company’s annual presentation in Cupertino, which was held by John Ternus for the first time as CEO.

The iPhone Duo has a 5.4-inch external screen and a 7.6-inch internal display. The smartphone folds like a book, supports Apple Pencil and is equipped with two batteries. According to Apple, the device can last up to 24 hours on a single charge.

Duo will allow you to run apps on each screen separately.

The foldable iPhone starts at $1,999 for the 256GB version. Pre-orders in the US will open on October 16, with sales beginning on October 23.

At the presentation, Apple also showed the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max with the new A20 Pro processor and an updated camera, as well as AirPods 5 and Apple Watch 12.
