Remedy Entertainment has signed a co-development and publishing agreement with 505 Games for the game Control 2

Game company Remedy Entertainment and 505 Games have signed an agreement under which the companies will jointly develop and publish the Control 2 game.

The initial development budget for the Control 2 game is 50 million euros, and the game’s intellectual property rights remain with Remedy. Investments related to the game’s development, marketing and post-release expansions will be split equally between 505 Games and Remedy, as will future net revenues from the game.

“We are excited to deepen our cooperation with Remedy and continue Control’s success story together. More than 3 million copies of the Control game released in 2019 have been sold,” they say Rami and Raffi Galante, of Digital Bros Group and by 505 Games CEOs.

The agreement has no impact on Remedy’s outlook for 2022.
