Microsoft may add ChatGPT to its search engine

Microsoft may return the $1 billion that was invested in OpenAI, the company that created the ChatGPT chat bot.

According to The Information, Microsoft is preparing to launch a new version of its Bing search engine that will use artificial intelligence to provide answers to some search queries. The company hopes that thanks to the responses issued in the form of a dialogue, Bing will be able to poach users from its main competitor, Google.

Two sources told the publication that the new version of the search engine could be launched before the end of March.

The ChatGPT chatbot, which knows dozens of languages, is able to conduct a dialogue in each of them, look for errors in the code, compose poems and stories, and also argue. The chatbot went public in November 2022.
