Pristina banned the sale of oil from Serbia on the Kosovo market
The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship in Pristina has banned the sale of edible oil in Serbia, because it allegedly does not meet the criteria of the average amount in the packaging prescribed by the current regulations.

In the notification of the Ministry, which was transmitted by RTS, it is stated that “the report on the verification of the Agency for Metrology of Kosovo, that is, the laboratory for pre-packaging, established that the edible oil, produced in Serbia, does not meet the criterion of the average amount provided by Regulation 03/2020 for pre-packaged products “.

It is added that because of this, the market inspection took measures in accordance with the applicable laws, prohibited the supplier from selling the oil and ordered it to be withdrawn from the market within 15 days.
