Media house Ilkan the general meeting has decided on the composition of the new board of directors.
A new member of the board was elected Anne Niemi. Re-elected Lasse Hautala, Minna Sillanpää and One Otala.
The articles of association were changed in such a way that the board of directors has the possibility to decide at its discretion to organize the general meeting as a hybrid meeting. In addition, the general meeting can be organized as a remote meeting completely without a meeting place.
