Inderes starts monitoring Nordea – “In a booming profit state”

Analysis house Inderes has told me this morning that he will start Nordic monitoring. The tracking starts with a buy recommendation and a target price of EUR 12.50.

“Nordea has more than 500,000 shareholders, many of whom are private shareholders in Finland and Sweden. It is important to us that investors in the Nordic countries have access to independent information about a company like Nordea that is significant for equity savings and the national economy,” comments the director of Inderes’ analysis business. Sauli Vilén in the bulletin.

According to the release, Nordea is one of the most popular companies on the Inderes platform with over 22,000 followers.

“The company is currently in great profit shape and although we estimate that the peak of profit is close, profitability will remain strong in our forecasts for the next few years as well,” says an Inderes analyst. Matias Arola in his comment.

Arola also says that although there is uncertainty in Nordea’s operating environment, the company’s valuation paints an unreasonably pessimistic picture of Nordea’s profit prospects in the next few years.

Although Nordea is one of the widely owned national stocks of Finns, Inderes has not followed it before. One of the reasons for the lack of monitoring was that Nordea did not want to pay Inderes for monitoring. Nordea is not a paying customer of Inderes either.
