There is a change in management at MediaMarkt Austria. Alpay Güner, previously CEO of MediaMarkt Poland, will take over as CEO from March 1st. He succeeds Csongor K. Német, who is leaving the company at his own request, the electronics retail chain announced on Wednesday. “Austria is a particularly exciting market that offers many opportunities for both the stationary sector and, above all, in the online segment,” says Güner, according to a press release.
