The US Department of Defense purchased mobile satellite communication stations from Israel

The Israeli company Gilat Satellite Network published a message for the Tel Aviv Exchange, in which it announced a new contract to supply the US Department of Defense with a batch of mobile satellite communication stations.

The transaction amount was 5 million US dollars. This is Gilat’s second deal in the US in the past month. In February, the Pentagon ordered satellite communications stations for $10 million.
