Viafin's own share purchase program has ended

Almost 30,000 shares were acquired.

Maintenance company Viafin Service said that the buyback program for own shares had ended.

The company acquired a total of 27,338 own shares, the total value of which was 348,636.05 euros and the average price was 12.7528 euros.

The shares were acquired between 9 June 2023 and 31 March 2024.

According to Viafin’s press release, the acquired shares can be used, among other things, for the development of the company’s capital structure, for use in the company’s incentive systems, as required by the commitment of the company’s key personnel, for the payment of possible share bonuses for board members, for annulment or for other purposes.

According to the release, the total number of shares in the company is 3,628,795, of which Viafin currently owns 123,312.
