Women who were clients of the Sher Fitness chain of fitness centers for women that went bankrupt in 2023 may be forced to pay for a month of services.
The external manager of the network and the creditor bank Mercantile Discount filed a petition with the court demanding that credit card companies be forced to collect payments for March 2023 from the company’s clients.
According to the external manager, the cancellation of payments for this month was carried out in violation of the law.
