Tesla started layoffs, now Elon Musk regrets small compensations – Finance

Tesla said on Monday that it plans to lay off more than 10 percent of its employees.

Tesla said on Monday that it plans to lay off more than 10 percent of its employees worldwide. At the end of last year, the company had more than 140,000 employees.

Bloomberg’s according to some of the Tesla employees found out they were fired when their access card no longer worked.

So far, it is not known how many laid off workers have been given severance packages that are too low.

Bloomberg describes the message as a rare show of remorse from Musk, who has been sued by former employees of the messaging service Twitter over severance pay.

For example, in March, four people who were part of Twitter’s management ladder sued Musk. According to them, Musk owes them a total of more than 128 million dollars, or about 120 million euros in compensation.

Elon Musk bought Twitter for himself in 2022. Last year he changed the name of the service to X.
