Last September, 27-year-old Susanna Therman became the CEO of one of Finland’s largest riding schools. Therman’s 19-year-old horse Dragonheart (left) is already cooling off his racing career. On the right, sister Daniela Therman’s horse Jeopardy V/D Jantoomsefokkerij.

Susanna Therman had to do everything but her career in the horse industry. Now he runs one of Finland’s largest riding schools.

Monta years Susanna Therman thought he would do anything else for a job, but not work in the horse industry.

“They showed themselves, if not now as rugged, then at least as long and hard working days. A lot of work has to be done. Still, it’s a constant survival,” he says.
