Canada’s national carrier Air Canada said all its flights to Israel are canceled until August 5. Initially, the decision to suspend flights was made after the attack on Israel by Iran.
A few days ago, the American airline United Airlines announced that its flights to Israel would resume no earlier than June 1. Another US carrier, Delta, will resume flights in June. American Airlines flights are canceled until October 2024.
Thus, the Israeli airline El Al will, at least for the coming weeks, be the only airline operating direct flights between the Jewish state and North America.
