American actor Daveigh Chase has died at the age of 35, they say TMZ, Deadline and many other American media.
Chase died of complications from meningitis, his wife told TMZ.
Born in Las Vegas, Chase made his most famous roles as a child actor. Among other things, he appeared in the 2002 Disney animated film In Lilo & Stitch as the voice of the main character Lilo. In the same year, he did a memorable role as well The Ring – as the ghost of Samara from the horror movie. In 2001 he also starred in a cult film in Donnie Darko the title character’s little sister.
Chase also did a lot of TV roles, appearing on HBO for example Big Love – drama series in 2006–2011.
