Sending words of praise
It was back in 2018 that Claus Elming resigned as host of ‘Vild med dans’ after 12 seasons as host of the programme.

Subsequently, Sarah Grünewald and Christiane Schaumburg-Müller got four seasons together, before TV 2 this season hired a male host to take the lead with Grünewald – namely Martin Johannes Larsen.

Ekstra Bladet spoke to Claus Elming in September about his thoughts on the new male host, and here there were words of praise for Martin Johannes Larsen.

– I have only seen the first program, but I think he got off to a crazy good start, Elming said when Ekstra Bladet met him at the premiere of Wallman’s performance ‘Viva’ in the Cirkusbygningen in Copenhagen in September.

– I know Martin, and I spoke to him as recently as last Saturday at a charity event, and there I praised him for his performance. I haven’t seen the program since last Friday, but I think it went well, I could almost sense it in him, Elming concluded.
