The German newspaper Welt Am Sonntag says that it has received messages related to the activities of the band members since the summer of last year.
German lead singer of the metal band Rammstein Till Lindemannin publisher Kiepenheuer & Witsch has announced that it has terminated its cooperation with the singer.
The publishing house has published two of Lindemann’s works of poetry containing violent sex poems: the one published in 2013 In quiet nights and published in 2020 100 Poems.
Publisher’s the withdrawal is related to the serious allegations made against Rammstein in the past weeks.
The thread started when someone who attended the band’s gig Shelby Lynn made the accusation on social media the band for drugging them at the follow-up party of the band’s concert in Vilnius.
Now the police are investigating Lynn’s claims, which the band itself has denied.
German newspaper Welt Am Sonntag says that it received contacts about abuses committed by Rammstein as early as June 2022.
The person who had a long phone conversation with the newspaper told the reporters that he believed he had become drugged at Rammstein’s after party. The women have also said that they had to hand over their phones before the party.
One woman told the magazine that she was in the front row at a Rammstein concert in Cardiff and saw young, shy women going to a backroom party before the concert and coming back about an hour later in a completely different state.
German Sarah J. contacted the magazine in November and said that he had been at the band’s party with Lindemann and had sex with him. Afterwards, he says that he suffered from profuse bleeding.
Welt Am Sonntag says that it has received evidence from the people who contacted it to support its claims.
