For almost two years, Nicklas Bendtner has been able to call Hørsholm his hometown, but it must now be over.

The 34-year-old football player hopes to be able to sell his villa in the North Zealand municipality – and for no less than 35 million kroner.

It appears from the sales list at the brokerage firm Ivan Eltoft Nielsen.

According to Tinglysningen, Nicklas Bendtner has owned the country estate since the summer of 2020. At that time, he acquired the more than 400 square meters of housing for 12.9 million kroner.

If the football player succeeds in selling at the offer price, he can therefore look forward to a gain of more than DKK 22 million.

For the many millions, according to the sales list, you get nine rooms, your own gym and a garage with space for four cars. On the property’s just over two hectares of land is also a private tennis court.

The house, which dates from 1934, was completely renovated in 2020.

When Nicklas Bendtner took over the house in 2020, it was with his then girlfriend, model Philine Roepstorff, by his side. Since then, however, the two have gone their separate ways.
