Hala Sedqi: I decided to retire after 4 years and my son is Paris Saint-Germain’s top scorer

Egyptian artist Hala Sedqy revealed that she intends to retire after a period of no more than 4 years. To enjoy her life, noting her pride in her son being the top scorer for the Paris Saint-Germain youth team.

Hala Sidqi explained in television statements that she started acting since she was 18 years old, and did not enjoy her life during her youth, so she decided to intensify her work for 3 or 4 years, after which she would retire.

She pointed out that the peak of her success during her artistic career was achieved in 2023 after the success of the series “Jaafar Al-Omda,” which made her experience a new stage of fame with her fans.

Hala Sedqi said: “I knew how singers feel when female fans faint when they see them. This started happening to me after the success of the Jaafar Al-Omda series.”

She continued jokingly: “This definitely happens because of the Safsaf character that I presented, and not because I am Hala Sedqi, because I have been around for several years. I now shake the fan’s hand and support her so that she does not fall after she faints.”

Hala Sidqi talked about her 14-year-old son, confirming that he is currently playing in one of the youth teams of the French club Paris Saint-Germain, and is the team’s top scorer.

She confirmed that she refuses to leave his studies and travel to France to play professional football with Paris Saint-Germain, because she believes that injury could end any player’s career, and at that time his university degree will be what completes his life.
