Résumé. For Raymonde Viret, who has just celebrated her 100th birthday, retirement will have to wait… Born a century ago, on April 12, 1924, she continues to receive “students” every week in her apartment in the 5th arrondissement of Paris to train them in “place” their voice.

Since the 1970s, this former singer, who joined the Resistance at the age of 16, has provided very special lessons to adults who come to see her. Whether they are artists, actors or even lawyers, the vocal coach manages to detect their intimate flaws through the timbre of their voice and the rhythm of their breathing.

Some stars have benefited from his listening and teachings, such as his favorite actor Jacques Weber, the actor François Morel, or the singer Maxime Le Forestier.

For Code source, Raymonde Viret agreed to tell her story on Ambre Rosala’s microphone.
