New Research: This is how your coffee can protect against dementia and Alzheimer’s

While coffee is an integral part of most of us, a new study reveals the surprising effects of brain health beloved – especially among adults. The study, conducted by a team of Chinese researchers in collaboration with British institutions, indicates a significant connection between coffee consumption and reducing the risk of brain degenerative diseases.

Researchers conducted a comprehensive analysis of coffee consumption on brain health, and found noisy findings: coffee drinks were found to be significantly lower for diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson.

As part of the study, researchers divided participants into five groups according to daily coffee consumption

0 cups a day
1-2 cups a day
2-3 cups a day
More than 3 cups a day

The impressive findings show that coffee drinks, regardless of the quantity, were at least 34% lower in the risk of Alzheimer’s. The risk of Parkinson’s disease has dropped by 37%. The risk of dying from neurodrance disease is 47%smaller. Another important point: The researchers emphasize that only black coffee and no added sugar can give the health benefits. They warn that sugar and artificial sweeteners can impair the positive effects of coffee.

Researchers note that caffeine may protect the brain from dementia, but will be required to fully confirm this. Recommendation: Consume black coffee without extras, and won the impressive health benefits.
