Attention to Orion’s billion estimate

Pharmaceutical company Orion’s given on Wednesday billion estimate prostate cancer drug Nubeqa is clearly bigger than what analysts expect Nubeqa sales to have been last year.

Kontola noted in the broadcast that, on the other hand, Nubeqa’s turnover of billions has already been predicted.

“If you look at the forecasts for next year or 2-3 years ahead, the turnover of one billion was already expected. Even the investor knows this at the moment. The biggest question is in what time frame the company will achieve this,” said Kontola.

Orion’s share price rose by more than 12 percent at 11 o’clock on Wednesday.
