Completely natural or harming us? The truth about peeing in the shower
One man shared a post on the subject on social media and claimed that “almost all people pee in the shower” and many responded that they agreed with him. On the other hand, others described the habit as “repulsive” and “primitive”.In a post published on Reddit, he asked: “Is it common to pee in the shower? As a man, I told my girlfriend that I do it, because I thought it was a pretty common thing. She reacted with disgust and said she had never done it.” Despite his girlfriend’s reaction, the man insisted it was completely normal and took to the internet to ask who else does this. He hoped that the surfers would decide the debate, but without success since the surfers’ opinions were divided.

Both men and women admitted to urinating in the shower regularly, and many noted that it helped conserve water. However, in the past a doctor indicated that women should avoid urinating in the shower, as this could weaken the pelvic floor muscles and cause them to run to the bathroom more often.

So, to pee in the shower or not? The answer seems to depend on personal preference and hygiene. It is important to remember to rinse the shower thoroughly afterwards to prevent the spread of bacteria.
