The paleo method is a diet that is based on the diet in the paleolithic period, which is the stone age, 2.5 million years ago, when the person who lived then was a hunter, gatherer, and nomad.Man began growing field crops and grains, and eating wheat foods only 11,000 years ago, and according to the approach of the inventors of this diet, in these 11,000 years, the human body did not really adapt to all the foods that exist in the modern diet, and this, according to them, causes most diseases. With this method one should eat only what the ancient man ate in the Stone Age – and that is only game meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, and nuts.

In my opinion, this is an excellent method mainly because of the fact that it does not contain industrialized products, and you should note that it actually has some carbohydrates from the sugar of the fruits. And the most extreme is the ketogenic diet:

The ketogenic diet was invented as a nutritional treatment for epilepsy, after it became clear that limiting the amount of carbohydrates in the menu to zero, along with a significant increase in the amount of fat, does lead to an improvement in their condition and a reduction in epileptic seizures.

Despite the high amount of cholesterol in the menu, this diet also leads to a decrease in blood sugar levels. But it is very extreme and difficult to perform. A lot of people who do “keto” aren’t really doing real “keto” because they combine fruits and all kinds of vegetables that contain carbohydrates and also dairy products that contain lactose… then if they just call it keto but don’t really do it extreme then it’s relatively fine.
