Foods that help women improve their bust size

Soybeans, olive oil, eggs, avocados, and oysters provide phytoestrogens, healthy fats, which help women increase female hormones to increase bust size and firmness.

Female hormones are secreted mainly from the ovaries and partly from the adrenal glands, placenta… They play an important role in women’s health, beauty and physiology. In particular, the hormones estrogen, progesterone and prolactin help develop and perfect the function of the breasts.

Doctor Tran Thi Tra Phuong, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Tam Anh General Hospital, Hanoi, said that a scientific nutritional regimen helps women improve their health and hormones for a fuller, firmer bust.

Soybeans and Soybean Products (tofu, soy milk, soft tofu, soy curd) provide abundant phytoestrogen content, mainly isoflavones – compounds with chemical structure and effects similar to endogenous estrogen. Adding soybeans and soy products to the nutritional menu helps women regulate hormones and firm their bust.

Green bean Rich in calcium, magnesium, fiber, supporting strong bones and good digestion. Green beans also contain high levels of phytoestrogens, which contribute to increasing endogenous estrogen levels, which is beneficial for premenopausal and menopausal women with low estrogen levels. Isoflavone compounds also known as biochanin A in foods can inhibit the growth of cells that lead to cancer.

Sesame seeds (sesame) contains a lot of fiber, phytoestrogen, omega-3 and many other important nutrients, good for overall health. Women who regularly eat sesame seeds promote increased hormones in the body.

Olive oil Rich in phytoestrogens, which help increase female hormone levels. This oil also contains polyphenols and oleocalthan compounds that have antioxidant effects and reduce the risk of cell damage, contributing to reducing the risk of cancer.

Egg provides high choline, necessary for nerve cell activity, enhancing brain function. Omega-3 fatty acids in eggs have anti-inflammatory properties, reduce triglyceride levels in the blood, support cardiovascular health, reduce stress, and help stabilize female hormones. Eggs are also rich in vitamin D and B group, along with minerals such as calcium and selenium, supporting the immune system, improving overall health.

Avocado Contains high levels of fiber and healthy fats. Improves heart and brain health, overcomes skin aging problems, and helps women maintain a balanced figure.

Oysters Rich in zinc, increases the production of testosterone – one of the three important hormones in women, along with estrogen and progesterone. Normal testosterone levels help increase muscle mass, support fat distribution in the body, improve sexual desire and fertility. Oysters also provide many nutrients such as protein and omega 3 fatty acids, low in saturated fat, support the cardiovascular system and brain, stimulate breast development.

Fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, herring, basa) have high levels of omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, support blood circulation, reduce the risk of arrhythmia, improve nerve function, vision. Fatty fish are also rich in vitamin D, can soothe the nervous system, relax, easy to sleep. Women who eat fatty fish 2-3 times a week can prevent polycystic ovary syndrome (the cause of hormonal imbalance), regulate menstruation, and have a balanced body.

Dr. Tra Phuong recommends that women should maintain a scientific lifestyle, reduce stress, eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, get enough sleep, limit alcohol and stay away from cigarette smoke, contributing to increasing female hormones. Women aged 40 and over or those with abnormal symptoms in the chest and mammary glands need to have a mammogram to screen and detect early breast diseases and breast cancer. Supplementing natural essences such as Lepidium Meyenii and P. Leucotomos helps to enhance the activity of the brain-pituitary-ovary axis, stabilize female hormones, thereby supporting health improvement, improving physiological life and appearance.
