An awkward moment at the F1 stars’ dinner

The gap between George Russell and Max Verstappen is over.

Formula 1 season in the last week the main topic has been Red Bull Max Verstappenin and Mercedes George Russellin a heated argument. On Friday BBC told about a troublesome moment at a joint dinner for all the drivers.

The drivers of the series gathered once again on Thursday to celebrate the end of the season with a joint dinner in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.

Remaining without a race driver’s seat Valtteri Bottas gave a nice helping hand to his colleagues by taking care of the entire group’s bill. Among other things, Russell thanked Bottas in his Instagram story for paying the bill.

According to the BBC, there was a special moment at the beginning of the dinner when Russell arrived last.

There were two seats available at the table, both next to Verstappen. This greeted Russell and motioned him to sit.

Russell stated that he will no longer tolerate Verstappen’s behavior, which he says has gone way too far.
