Now it’s official. Camila Giorgi will return to play tennis tournaments on the circuit Wta. The Italian champion herself announced it on Instagram answering the question posed by one of his fans in response to a story: “Will I return to the pitch? Yes, in 2027.”
The Italian, former number 26 in the world announced a few weeks ago that she is expecting her firstborn with former Argentine tennis player and coach Andrea Pasutti and has not played an official match on the circuit since May 2024.
In her career she has won four titles, among which the WTA 1000 in Montreal in 2021 stands out.
