Croatian football expert Igor Štimac (55) is part of the team of experts who comment on the World Cup in Qatar in the Sports 18 television studio.
Štimac, coach of the Indian national team that failed to qualify for this year’s World Cup, during the group stage, predicted which of the participants would be in the semi-finals.
Štimac, like a prophet, said that it would be Argentina, Croatia, France and Morocco, and he boasted about it on social networks.
“My predictions are generally never wrong. I don’t like to guess, but I think with a combination of mind and heart! Let’s go to Croatia!”, wrote Igor Štimac.
In addition to the Croatian coach, legendary soccer players Sol Campbell (48) and Robert Pires (49) were also in the studio.
Campbell assumed that Brazil and France would meet in the semi-finals, and Pires was of the opinion that Spain would play against the current world champions.
