The two-time Formula 1 world champion is fueling speculation about a relationship with the US singer.
The two-time Formula 1 World Champion Fernando Alonso obviously has fun with the persistent rumors about an alleged love affair with a singer Taylor Swift. Before the Azerbaijan Grand Prix in Baku the 41-year-old Spaniard avoided a clear statement on Thursday about the speculation that has been circulating about him and the 33-year-old American for days.
“No, no, I have nothing to say,” Alonso said, grinning widely.
Then he added again: “I have nothing to say.” The scenes can be seen in a video distributed by the official Formula 1 Instagram account. While the interviewer won’t directly mention the name of superstar Swift, who is currently on tour, Alonso knows immediately that he will be asked about his current love life. “It’s complicated enough here in Baku with the format,” said Alonso and grinned again: “I’m sure you have other questions.”

The Aston Martin driver had previously fueled the rumors on his TikTok channel. In one clip, Alonso can be seen sitting in a chair scrolling through his smartphone with Swift’s song “Karma” playing in the background. Just before the end of the scene, which has more than 600,000 likes, the racer looks up and winks at the camera.
Both Alonso and Swift had recently split from their partners and are reportedly currently single. Alonso was last with ServusTVmoderator Andrea Schlager romantically
