Vitor Roque’s agent blasts Xavi and admits leaving Barça

Responsible for managing the striker’s career Victor Roque businessman André Cury blasted Barcelona coach, Xavi Hernández.

In recent days, the Spanish press reported Barça’s interest in loaning Roque to gain experience at another European club. However, Cury denied the possibility of a negotiation in this format and said that, if the attacker leaves, it will be definitive.

+ Leaving? See how Vitor Roque became a “problem” at Barcelona

“He will not leave on loan. If he leaves, it will be a permanent transfer,” said Cury, on Radio RAC1, in Catalonia. “We will discuss his future at Barça soon”, reinforced the Brazilian businessman.

“Xavi doesn’t even speak to Vitor Roque”, says agent

Still according to André Cury, the relationship between Xavi and Vitor Roque is terrible at the Catalan club. “Nobody understands why Xavi doesn’t play him and doesn’t even talk to Vitor, this isn’t right,” he declared.

Hired for around 40 million euros from Athletico-PR, Vitor Roque had little space with Xavi. He has 11 games and two goals for the team this season. Roque hasn’t even left the bench for four games.

The coach, on the other hand, spoke about Roque’s situation before the 4-2 defeat to Girona, last Saturday (4). “What I can say is that he will be available tomorrow. Regarding the future, there are five games left. We will talk at the end of the season,” he said.

Vitor Roque has a list of interested clubs

The uncertainty regarding Vitor Roque’s future at Barcelona shook the scenes of the European football market. According to the Spanish newspaper, Sports world, at least six clubs are already showing interest in counting on the young goalscorer.

Manchester United, Napoli, Lyon, NIce, Bétis and Sevilla are studying a proposal to count on the player. The clubs would have already contacted Barça to understand the conditions of a possible negotiation.
