The companies Lefebvre and Lexsoft have presented Smart Tags y Legal Review two ‘software’ solutions that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate some of the tasks carried out in law firms within the framework of the signing of an agreement that unites both companies as strategic partners for the development of solutions and value-added proposals in the field of document management and knowledge management.
Smart Tags automatically classifies millions of documents and enrich them with descriptors and identification labels that allow the professional to carry out qualitative searches on them. “This application is located between document management and knowledge management and provides considerable time savings in the study and location of key information when a case is being prepared,” the companies explain.
Legal Review, for its part, provides the professional with “legal certainty and greater precision” because contextualize legal information which includes your working document. When the legal review process is launched, the Lefebvre and Lexsoft services return a report of citations of legislation and jurisprudence, an alert on repealed regulations, related doctrinal articles and additional information linked to the mementos.
