“Ai agents are transforming the way companies manage workflows and have a transformative potential equal to the invention of the steam engine. However, putting them into production and making them work is very complicated. For this reason we have developed software that allows continuous improvement of Ai agents over time, involving experts in the creation of the memory that the agents access to improve their performance. We work with the enterprise segment, in critical strategic areas such as energy utilities and financial services, mainly with a support function”. Thus Giorgio Barnabò, CEO and co-founder of Syllotips, speaking today at the 2026 edition of the Information Technology Forum, organized by Comunicazione Italiana in Milan and dedicated to the relationship between people and technologies within organizations.
