Content creation talents meet at WMF – We Make Future, the largest event on digital innovation, artificial intelligence and technology, scheduled from 24 to 26 June at BolognaFiere. During the three days, the Creators Fest returns as one of the central events of the event, bringing together creators, communities, talent agencies and digital sector professionals in a single large space dedicated to the Creator Economy. Among the talents confirmed for this edition also Camihawke, Awed, Gabriele Vagnato, Guglielmo Scilla and Filippo Caccamo. The 2026 edition of the Creators Fest features Chimera Agency, Talia Media, Wonty Media, Doom Entertainment among its partners. “The Creators Fest was created with the aim of enhancing the Creator Economy as one of the most relevant drivers of the ongoing digital and cultural transformation”, says Cosmano Lombardo, founder and CEO of Search On Media Group and creator of the WMF. Creators represent “a form of creative enterprise, capable of generating innovation, dialogue and concrete impact on societies, markets and communication models”. The WMF wants to be the place where “these energies meet, contaminate each other and are transformed into opportunities for shared growth”.
In this context, the Creators Fest represents an opportunity to also delve into the new regulatory challenges of the Creator Economy: the recent Agcom resolution highlights how transparency, structured contracts and shared responsibilities between creators, agencies and brands have become central elements for a continuously growing sector, which in Italy aims to reach 550 million euros by 2026. Mainstage: the creators protagonists of the digital scene The Mainstage will once again this year be the stage where guests from the sector will meet to discuss the Creator Economy, with the participation of some among the most loved creators. On stage they will bring personal experiences and reflections on the evolution of digital languages, the relationship with online communities and the transformations of contemporary entertainment. On the first day of the WMF, alongside Cosmano Lombardo, Founder and CEO of Search On Media Group and creator of the WMF, co-hosting the main stage will be Guglielmo Scilla, one of the pioneers of YouTube in Italy and a symbolic face of the first generations of digital creators.
On the third day, however, the role of co-host will be entrusted to Gabriele Vagnato, a creator who has been able to transform digital into the starting point of an increasingly transversal career between web and television. Also expected on the Mainstage is Filippo Caccamo, protagonist of a speech dedicated to comedy and online storytelling, in continuity with the path that has made him one of the most recognizable creators on the Italian scene. Also on the main stage, some of the most eagerly awaited guests are scheduled for June 26th. Camihawke will bring a reflection on the relationship between digital identity, personal representation and the construction of online authenticity. Awed will share an overview of the changes that are redefining the role of creators across platforms, formats and communities. Also on stage is Pierluca Mariti, aka Rather Che, with a speech dedicated to the use of comedy as a tool to address cultural and social issues linked to contemporary communication. Content Creator Stage: training and new social media languages After involving over 150 creators in the last edition, in 2026 the Creators Fest returns with a broader and more structured program, dedicated to the world of content creation. Also included is the Content Creators Premium stage, dedicated to the new languages of social media and the evolution of online communication, with a program that alternates interviews, speeches and panels with guests and industry professionals, delving into topics such as storytelling, monetization, content innovation and the development of digital communities.
Among the scheduled speeches, Rey Sciutto brings the speech entitled ‘It’s Art!’, a story that combines content creation and artistic dissemination, while Monica Calcagni addresses the topic of sexual health in social media with the speech ‘Sexual health is not a trend: disclosure, taboos and responsibility in the new media’. Nadia Lauricella, content creator and Standard Bearer of the Republic, with ‘Transforming limits into strength’ shares a personal journey of empowerment and online representation. On the front of reflection on digital and AI, Federico Vezza proposes ‘How I steal AI’s job – The most useless speech of the day’, while Gaia Contu shares a reflection on the relationship between platforms, technology and information with ‘Inside the algorithm – the illusion of neutrality’. Many interventions by the creators of Chimera Agency, protagonists of various choral panels that talk about creative work as a collective experience. In ‘Making people laugh is a serious thing’, Filippo Caccamo, Giada Parisi, Francesco Migliazza, Mario Caruso and Edoardo Righini reflect on the role of comedy in social media and on the new languages of online entertainment. The panel “From hit to feed: music in the social era”, with Stefano Maiolica, Martina Di Florio and Piero Panebianco, delves into the relationship between music, creator economy and digital platforms. With ‘Creativity is not inspiration: it is system’, Bianca Iannucci, Edoardo Nave, Nik Contucci and Stefano Maiolica talk about the processes and strategies behind the production of content, while ‘No one really knows what they are doing (and it’s normal)’ brings together Camilla Clemente, Martina Guidotti, Nicole Giacobazzi and Stefano Maiolica in a more spontaneous and generational conversation about online creative work.
Numerous creators from Wonty Media are also expected on stage, including Ludovica Di Donato, Michele Basile, Beatrice Rigillo and Giusy Tiso, aka Malita Choul: artists and creators who will talk about their growth path between stage, music and social media, sharing experiences, challenges and the value of building an authentic presence today, online and offline. Among the guests also Alessio Marzilli, comedian, director and content creator who collaborates with Propaganda, who will bring an ironic and contemporary look at the world of digital content. Together with Cult Pop we will instead talk about generational differences between 90s culture and Gen Z, between nostalgia, new languages and trends that are transforming the way we communicate and entertain. On the Social Media Strategies stage, Wonty Media will also delve into the themes of gamification and branded entertainment, with a look at the opportunities of recent years linked to the FantaSanremo 2026 phenomenon. The stage program is completed with interventions dedicated to the professional and social aspects of the creator economy, such as ‘Influencer profession in Italy: taxes, performance and earnings’ with Greta Pelizzari of Kolsquare and Elena Battistini of Fiscozen, and ‘Aware protagonists? The protection of minors in the era of family influencers’, which sees the discussion between Paolo Ferrara of Terre des Hommes Italia and Olimpia Peroni on the issues of digital protection and responsibility. The program is completed by interventions by Camilla Agazzone on sustainability in digital communication, Mariana Da Rocha on finding one’s voice through content creation, as well as the participation of guests and digital creators such as Jakidale.
Business opportunities in the creator economy In this context, the Creators Fest also represents a space dedicated to business opportunities in the sector, with a focus on the meeting between creators, brands and companies. The central element of the three days are the C2B (Creators to Business) meetings, which can be held in areas dedicated to meetings at the fair and designed to facilitate the birth of professional collaborations and new partnerships between creators, brands and production companies. So the appointment is from 24 to 26 June at BolognaFiere with the WMF Creator Fest. WMF – We Make Future is conceived, organized and produced by Search On Media Group. The event takes place under the patronage of the European Commission and the Municipality of Bologna.
