LG presented an expanded AI ecosystem for the home at the IFA fair

At the IFA 2026 fair in Berlin, LG Electronics presents an expanded AI Home ecosystem that connects home devices, spaces and services. The focus is on artificial intelligence, energy management, devices adapted to European homes, and new televisions and monitors. At the fair, LG presents the LG ThinQ ON and LG ThinQ systems, the Fit & Max solution, LG OLED evo AI and Micro RGB evo AI televisions, and products from the LG SIGNATURE line.

AI connects devices in the home

One of the main elements of LG’s showroom is the AI ​​Orchestra, a kinetic LED installation measuring 16 x 4 meters. In it, LG CLOiD plays the role of a conductor of a connected AI ecosystem that unites various devices, spaces and services.

Through this demonstration, LG shows how its home appliances, televisions, HVAC systems and robotic technologies can cooperate with each other. Everything is connected with the Zero Labor Home concept, which aims to reduce the amount of housework.

In the AI ​​Home zone, LG ThinQ ON, the new AI home hub, and the LG ThinQ AI Home platform were presented. The system connects home appliances, spaces and services into a single unit.

LG is also showing ThinQ Claw, an AI agent that is integrated into ThinQ ON. It is based on text communication, uses natural language and context to recommend appropriate actions. In demonstrations, LG shows how it can provide support depending on household conditions, user preferences and daily routines.

AI and energy management

This year, LG is expanding the AI ​​Home concept to commercial spaces. LG ThinQ Pro is a B2B solution for centralized management and monitoring of home appliances and HVAC systems.

The Home Energy Management System (HEMS), a home energy management system powered by Homey, a smart home platform developed by Athom and acquired by LG in 2024, was also introduced.

The demonstration shows how Homey HEMS can coordinate the production, storage and consumption of energy throughout the home.

More devices in less space

At IFA, LG also presents an expanded Fit & Max solution intended for European users. Riverč is about devices that are adapted by design to fit into the living space, with a large capacity.

The Fit & Max design was previously applied to selected models of refrigerators, and now it has been extended to washing machines, dryers and dishwashers.

LG states that washers and dryers offer high capacity without increasing external dimensions. The offer also includes new Fit & Max dishwashers, including models that can complete the washing and drying cycle in one hour.

LG expands energy-saving technologies

In the Energy Leadership zone, LG presents devices that use technologies such as Dual Inverter Heat Pump and inverter compressors.

Among them is a washing machine that LG states consumes up to 70 percent less energy compared to the minimum requirement for energy class A according to European standards.

More energy-efficient refrigerators, dryers and dishwashers were also presented. LG states that it is now expanding energy-saving technologies that were previously available in flagship models to a larger part of its portfolio.

New OLED TVs and monitors with 1000 Hz

In the Media Entertainment zone, LG presents its display technologies. In the center of the space is the LG OLED W6, a Wallpaper OLED TV with True Wireless technology, along with TVs of different sizes.

Among the models presented are LG OLED evo AI for 2026 and Micro RGB evo AI. Both use the α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3.

The Micro RGB evo uses High Purity RGB Spectrum Display technology, which LG says is color-matched and certified by TÜV Rheinland.

At IFA, LG also presents the UltraGear gaming monitor, which supports FHD resolution and a refresh rate of 1,000 Hz. In addition, the webOS platform was also presented, as well as StanbyME 2 Max.

In a special area Sound Suite LG presents a home audio system.

LG SIGNATURE brings AI to the kitchen

A special zone is dedicated to the LG SIGNATURE line. Among the presented devices is the LG SIGNATURE refrigerator with AI voice recognition technology that understands natural language and can recommend cooling methods for different types of food.

The 30-inch wide LG SIGNATURE wall oven uses an internal AI camera and AI Gourmet technology. He can recognize different dishes and suggest the appropriate method of preparation.

LG presents its AI Home ecosystem, Fit & Max appliances, energy-efficient home appliances and new multimedia and lifestyle products in Hall 18 of the Messe Berlin fair complex.
