The United Nations representative in Vietnam said that it is necessary to target innovators and young people to promote creativity, which is a core tool to make Vietnam a regional innovation center.

Citing the national volunteer assessment report (SDGS), she said Vietnam has achieved 5/17 sustainable development goals. To promote the implementation of other goals, she suggested that the process needs inspirational innovation such as green technologies and technology. She gave an example: creativity is not self-made but comes from curiosity, encouragement and inspiration from the living environment, including infrastructure and legal framework.
