Apple presents more advanced iPads, its M4 chip and a new digital pencil |  TECHNOLOGY

Apple presented this Tuesday new, more advanced models of its iPad tablets; the M4 chip, capable of artificial intelligence (AI), and updates to complementary applications and accessories, such as the digital pen and the ‘magic’ keyboard.

The technology giant presented these news in a long documentary-quality video “recorded with iPhone” and broadcast by streaming, in which its chief executive, Tim Cook, assured from the Cupertino (California) headquarters that today was “the biggest day for the iPad since its launch.”

The star of the range is the new iPad Pro thinner than ever, in two sizes -11 and 13 inches-, with screen OLED and fed by chip M4which makes it “the most powerful device in its category on the market,” described hardware manager Tim Millet.

The M4, which is built with second-generation 3-nanometer technology, is “Apple’s next generation of silicon, taking a huge leap in its performance and capabilities,” and helps make the iPad Pro “an outrageously powerful device.” for AI.”

With a view to being used with this tablet, Apple also launched the digital pencil Apple Pencil Pro; a keyboard Magic Keyboard further light and fine and enhanced versions of the Final Cut Pro video editing and Logic Pro music production applications.

Likewise, Apple introduced its redesigned iPad Air model, for the first time in two sizes – 11 and 13 inches – and powered by its M2 chip, also with AI task capabilities and compatible with the new digital pen and keyboard it launched today.
