Telemachus' new move: Lowered the prices of optics for everyone and increase speeds

We want to make new technologies available to everyone and we want to speed up digitization to have equal services like everyone in the most developed countries. This was announced on Thursday by the president of Telemacha’s management Adrian Jeina and announced the lower prices of fiber optic internet packages.

Telemach has decided to simplify the offer, and they are lowering the prices of their Giga packages for their optical Internet users. In addition, they canceled the smallest package of 300 Mbit/s, and all current users get 1 Gig, without an additional price increase.

New users will now have 1 or 2 Giga packages available, the price of which is now four or nine euros lower than before.

– We are serious in our intention to continuously put advanced technologies into full function and to the benefit of all citizens, because we really live in Telemachu – said Ježina, adding that users in times of increasingly rapid technological development no longer should choose between low price and higher speed; that telecoms must be able to offer the most powerful technologies in a simple way.

He pointed out that their gigabit service is currently available in 12 cities, for almost 200,000 households. They also announced that their goal is to reach 500,000 households by 2027 with a 10 Giga network. By the end of this year, investments in infrastructure will exceed 500 million euros.

Telemach states that this is also an incentive for business users, especially small and medium-sized companies. They say that according to the conclusions of the Digital Decade, there is untapped potential for improving digital intensity. With more advanced technologies, they have the opportunity to digitize and improve their business and ensure the desired competitiveness.

At the same time, the company pointed out that they are satisfied with the growth in the number of users in the mobile and fixed segments, as well as with the EonTV service.
