The Hailo-15 artificial intelligence processors with a processing power of up to 20 tera operations per second (TOPS) are the most efficient processors in the world in terms of the ratio between performance and cost and between performance and power consumption. Thanks to this, the processors enable the utilization of AI capabilities both to improve image and video quality and for advanced video analysis, so that users do not have to choose or compromise on the quality of the camera’s performance.
Hailo-15 processors make it possible to perform video analysis in the camera and not in the cloud, a move that saves video bandwidth and makes it possible to significantly reduce the cost of deploying cameras on a large scale. At the same time, it makes it possible to improve privacy thanks to the fact that data processing is done on the end device and sending only anonymous information to the cloud. The product includes a highly sophisticated system of AI-based video analysis, which protects both the privacy and security of people.

Hailo was established in February 2017 by graduates of the Elite Technological Unit of the Intelligence Corps. The company, which became a unicorn two and a half years ago, announced in early April that it had raised $120 million and launched its high-performance GenAI accelerators from the Hailo-10 model that herald a new era in which users can own and run GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) applications locally on their devices without the need to register for cloud-based services of creative artificial intelligence. In total, Hailu has raised 340 million dollars since its inception.
Hilo has offices in the USA, Germany, Japan, Taiwan, China, South Korea, and a network of distributors throughout Asia, North America, South America, Australia and Europe and its products serve more than 300 customers worldwide. The company currently employs over 250 people in Tel Aviv and abroad, and is recruiting additional employees to support the accelerated growth.
