‘Toccata and fugue’ for Beppe Grillo in Rome: the Guarantor and M5s co-founder arrived yesterday and then left again this morning, and would have been spotted in a hotel in the northern area of the city, therefore not in the usual and more central one ‘buen retiro’ of the Forum. The focus on Grillo’s presence in the capital lies in the fact that the final phase of the M5s constituent phase started by Giuseppe Conte will open on Saturday 23 November, with the Nova appointment which will then have its highlight in the ‘live broadcast’ in which on Sunday 24 the outcome of the members’ vote on the new ‘progressive’ course will be announced. And, among other things, precisely on the role played by Grillo.
What will the Guarantor do then? He is still considering, explain those in the know, whether or not to participate in the event at the Palazzo dei Congressi, even if, again according to the most reliable rumours, it could be a remote ‘break-in’. And it has been known that Beppe Grillo doesn’t mind dramatic coups since he founded the Movement.
