The US Trade Union sued, preventing Elon Musk from approaching the budget of US $ 6,000 billion

The Federal Public Officials Trade Union sued the Ministry of Finance and Minister Bessent to prevent Musk’s group from accessing the US $ 6,000 billion budget management system.

In the lawsuit submission to the Federal Court in Washington on February 3, the American Federation retired, the US Civil servant Federation and the International Labor Union asked the judge to stop Elon Musk and The Government Performance Board (DOGE) has access to the federal payment system (FPS).

The union group said that the FPS includes the sensitive information needed to send federal payments such as tax refund, veteran allowance, salary to workers and social security payment. The Federal Law strictly limits the disclosure of that data.

As a lawsuit, Musk and his group have access to these documents that violate the law on privacy and the Domestic Tax Code. “The scale of this personal rights is very large and unprecedented,” the 19 -page file said. “Millions of people are participating in financial transactions with the government and therefore, their sensitive personal information and their financial data are kept in the government’s profile.”
